Product: Pavilion Dv5

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

The orange light on my touch pad will not turnoff but the pointer still works. I switch back a nd forth using a mouse and my touchpad  but prefer to not see the orange light on my touchpad. How do I get the light to turn off? I have already tried tapping in the left corner of the touch pad and nothing happens. It is still on. Please advise an option to help with this issue.

Thanks.

Driver Downloads: Install driver, go to device manager, remove all mice, reboot.

Update: May only need to remove the mouse driver from devices then reboot. has fixed a few systems.
